Z-OptimiZr for HCL Connections

Each time HCL Connections users upload files to Connections using their browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome), Z-OptimiZr Client for HCL Connections automatically and transparently reduces the size of these files, on the fly, before the files are uploaded to the Connections server.

Native XML File Optimization

Automatic and transparent on-the-fly native XML volume optimization for MS Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 XML attached files (DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, VSDX… files) and Open Office XML attached files (ODT, ODP, ODS files) uploaded to HCL Connections.

Native Image File Optimization

Automatic and transparent on-the-fly native volume optimization for picture and image files (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, EMF, WMF, TIF, TIFF) uploaded to HCL Connections.
Optional policies are available to resize the largest images to specific dimensions, for instance HD – 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Z-OptimiZr for Web Browsers is an add-on available for Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox.

Z-OptimiZr for Web Browsers can be configured to optimize or compress files being attached to HCL Connections as well as files being uploaded to HCL Verse and HCL iNotes.

Even more, Z-OptimiZr for Web Browsers can also be configured to optimize or compress files attached to any webmail as well as files uploaded to virtually any web page, like for instance web-based applications into which users can select files to upload!

Z-OptimiZr for HCL Connections is nothing else than Z-OptimiZr for Web Browsers licensed to be used with HCL Connections.
